Welcome!

First off, let me welcome you to my new blog! I am using this as a idea blog for my website, foundryspot.com where I am hoping to bring in a community of creative artist, writers, composers, and designers together to view, compare, and critique each others work. I hope that with the help of my community in Blacksburg (yes, I'm a Hokie!) that I will be able to really get this website off the ground and rolling fast. There are two quotes that have been an inspiration to me in designing and building this website:

"Things which are made to be different in order to be different are seldom better, but that which is made to be better is almost always different." -Dieter Rams

"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpen another." - Proverbs 27:17

These two quotes are some of the MANY things that inspired me, but I will discuss inspiration later, after all, it is very important to the artist of any field or occupation.
